Those systems using Second Sight for their BBS of choice will drag the Menus from the CD Setup folder to their hard drive. There are three choices for menus. They will take some modification to make them work for you. Select the menus you like and move them to your drive. You can use MenuEdit to change the paths to the primary hard drive of your particular BBS menu path. Do NOT change those paths that show "AMUG 15:Files:" unless you want to move these large directories to your hard drive. These paths lead to the CD directories and are necessary to find the particular Second Sight directory. You may wish to try the Kirk Crawford utility called "Change Name" in the Sysop folder for path changes.
Remember, if you move the menus to your hard drive for speed (which we suggest) you will need to repath the menus to correctly configure with each other. Our Main menu in the AMUG Menus is titled FileMenu. If you connect to this and repath the menus it should work fine.
After many requests from sysops to change the names of the CD's with each release so that they could put more than one volume on line at a time we have done so. As a result, this CD is titled AMUG 15 and AMUG 15.2. If you have existing BBS in a BOX menus then you will need to change them to reflect the new CD names.
If you are using a hard drive to copy the CD's to, and you would like custom directories made to reflect your paths on the hard drive so you do not need to change your menu paths please call us. For a fee we can create new directories for you. Otherwise you will probably spend about 2 hours changing paths in your menus.
